Change

Change is hard. Change for change sake is usually not appropriate; however, we see change around us, constant change. Those who don't change get left behind. Positive changes should be considered as Growth. When there’s a better way to change, why don’t we as humans embrace it? Ignorance – Because I didn’t seek out this better way, or the better way wasn’t introduced to me by someone I know and trust, human nature becomes skeptical and often dismisses opportunities for change and growth. Sometimes people just haven’t been exposed to a better way of doing things, or they haven’t taken the time to explore the details. Comfort –Doing what we've always done can be successful, even profitable.

There is a quest going on in a search for the forward thinker. All around, in politics, in the NFL, in my meeting yesterday, all around it appears people are searching, interviewing, seeking to build relationships with, and working to hire forward thinkers.
